The Benriner Mandolin has a heavy duty plastic body and a standard blade for consistent slicing that can be adjusted to any desired thickness from 0.5mm to 3mm. It comes with 3 other types of blades that can be interchangeable. The fine-toothed blade for elegant vegetable garnishes, medium-toothed blade great for stir fry ingredients, coarse-toothed blade for chunky cuts. The mandolin comes equipped with a safety device to protect fingers. Two colors are available: ivory or green.
