Collection: Kiritsuke

Kiritsuke is originally a single-bevel knife that has a pointy tip and flat profile. The origin is a mix between Yanagiba and Usuba from the Kanto Region, where it could cover both profiles.

The iconic pointy tip is where the name K-Tip comes from, and it’s applied to another profile and now there is a double bevel version known as Kiritsuke Gyuto.
