Please contact us at Ai & Om Knives if you would like to process a return. We will refund regular-priced, new & unused items within 21 days of delivery with a valid receipt for online purchases. The returner is responsible for return shipping fees. All items must be in original sales condition with original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we confirm that the return is acceptable, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund amount will be the amount less shipping fees, PayPal fees and any other incurred costs. We may charge up to 10% restocking fee on returned goods and 5% cancellation fee on cancelled orders. Ai & Om Knives does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of used goods, saya covers, limited edition items or gift cards. All sales of saya, workshops or gift cards are final.
