Collection: Chinese Cleaver (Chuka Bocho)
Chuka Bocho is a Japanese version of the Chinese chef's knife. Unlike a western cleaver which is used for chopping bones and rough use, this one is ground thin like a regular chef knife. It is double bevel and between 190mm and 220mm, and also The Japanese version usually has a little belly on the profile, whereas the original Chinese version has a flatter profile.
