Shipping Policy

We ship international items with UPS. Please be aware for pending import duties that might accompany the shipment collected by UPS. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

Customs wait times vary from country to country and time of year. Please contact your customs agency for import regulations before ordering.

Please purchase edged tools in accordance with the laws of your own country. We will take no responsibility if any of our items you bought are confiscated (seized) by customs. Please inquire with your local customs about regulations and duties.

Please notify us immediately of any damage or loss of a shipment. We will inquire with the courier, however, the investigation may be a long process. You can repurchase the product and we will refund you the payment immediately after compensation is granted.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times are determined by level of shipping service selected. Please track your items using the tracking number provided and on the UPS website.
Orders are shipped weekdays Monday - Friday, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following weekday.

Currencies
Ai & Om cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the CAD into any other currency.

Uncollected packages
Ai & Om will not pay return shipping costs for uncollected packages.
