Collection: Tetsujin Hamono

The Tetsujin series is a collaboration between blacksmith Toru Tamura and master sharpener Naohito Myojin. Each blade is hand-forged from Blue #2 steel and clad in soft iron, with a stainless option using Hitachi Ginsan steel. The blades are ground thin with a subtle convex profile for exceptional cutting performance.

Myojin-san applies his signature etched finish, revealing fine iron layers that create an elegant, flowing pattern. Fit and finish are outstanding, featuring a polished choil, chamfered spine, and one of the finest out-of-the-box edges we’ve encountered. Beyond Tetsujin, Myojin-san is also the renowned sharpener behind several iconic Konosuke lines, including the Fujiyama FM, MM, and the highly sought-after Fujiyama Kaiju.
