Born in Aomori Prefecture in 2000. Joined Nigara Hamono in 2019, and while working as the head of Nigara Hamono's outdoor knife department, he is making custom knives to shape his passion for knives that was born while fishing and camping.
For his personal works, Seino does everything himself, from forging and machining, quenching, to making the handles and sheaths, and aims to make knives close to the user's perspective. In 2025, he collaborated with the long-established French knife manufacturer "OPINEL" as a blade provider for the first time, and Seino sharpened 2,100 knives over three years.
